Taught with TLC
Supportive, hands-on instruction that builds real confidence. Our goal is to help every participant feel prepared to act in an emergency.

“My mission is to empower people to take confident, compassionate action in emergencies through clear, supportive CPR training.”

Hi, I’m Ryan Cohen, the founder of To Life CPR (TLC). I’m an American Heart Association–certified CPR & BLS instructor and dental student at Midwestern University with a background as an EMT and suicide prevention crisis line responder. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from UC Santa Cruz.
To Life CPR is built on a simple belief: taking action is an act of care. Many people hesitate to step in during an emergency because they are afraid of doing something wrong. But the truth is, trying to help is always better than doing nothing. With clear guidance and hands-on practice, CPR becomes a skill anyone can learn, and the impact can be life-changing.
My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging learning environment where people feel confident, empowered, and ready to help when it matters most.
